The distribution agreement is for Europe and is effective of 1st October 2013. All other current distribution agreements remain unaffected. In addition Pest Trader has acquired full exclusive global manufacturing, IP and commercialisation rights for the Exoroach\u00ae cockroach trap. The purchase amount has not been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Brown CEO of Exosect commented \u201cThis appointment together with the divestment of Exoroach\u00ae, allows Exosect to focus its resources on the strategic development and licensing of its patented delivery platform, Entostat. Pest Trader will be able to provide a high level of support to customers and increase market penetration of our products in Europe.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese new arrangements\u201d, said Rob Fryatt, Director of Xenex Associates \u201care an excellent fit with the further development of our Pest Trader business&#8221; which markets a range of unique and niche prevention monitoring and placement products from all corners of the globe\u201d.
