The third Global Summit of Pest Management Services for Public Health and Food Safety, presented by NPMA and the Confederation of European Pest Management Associations (CEPA), will be held June 4-6, 2018 at the Hotel Cascais Miragem in Portugal. The Agbio Innovate Latam is returning to Brazil after a successful launch in 2017.
Biopesticides and biostimulants / biofertilizers are growing in demand. With Latin America being a world hub for agriculture it is no surprise that these products are seeing rapid growth. Agbio Innovate LATAM is focussed on R&D, regulation and commercialization of biopesticides and biofertilizers/ biostimulants / biofertilizers in Latin America, and unites key stakeholders across the globe.
2nd WIN international Conference on “Integrated approaches and innovative tools for combating insecticide resistance in arbovirus vectors”
Organized jointly by the French Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD) and Duke-NUS Medical School of Singapore, the conference will serve as a forum for addressing the progress, research gaps and priorities for the control of vectors of emerging arboviruses and the management of insecticide resistance. The conference has been labelled ‘‘France-Singapore Year of Innovation 2018″.
The conference will facilitate the involvement of scientists, stakeholders, members of the private and public sectors, and decision makers from around the world to share knowledge and ideas and to provide recommendations for the improvement of insecticide resistance surveillance and deployment of innovative vector control tools.
