Exosect appoints Pest Trader, distributor for public health products in Europe

Pest Trader has acquired full exclusive global manufacturing, IP and commercialisation rights for the Exoroach
cockroach trap

Exosect Limited announced 2nd September 2013 that they have reached an agreement with Pest Trader, the trading division of Xenex Associates Ltd, for the expanded distribution of their pheromone based ‘autoconfusion’ mating disruptants, Exosex SPTab (for the control of stored product moths in food production) and CLTab (for clothes moth). The distribution agreement is for Europe and is effective of 1st October 2013. All other current distribution agreements remain unaffected. In addition Pest Trader has acquired full exclusive global manufacturing, IP and commercialisation rights for the Exoroach® cockroach trap. The purchase amount has not been disclosed.

Martin Brown CEO of Exosect commented “This appointment together with the divestment of Exoroach®, allows Exosect to focus its resources on the strategic development and licensing of its patented delivery platform, Entostat. Pest Trader will be able to provide a high level of support to customers and increase market penetration of our products in Europe.”
